Crockpot Chicken with Stuffing

- 1 crockpot
Ingredients
- 4 pieces chicken breast
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 can cream of chicken soup can switch with other cream soups
- 20 oz frozen vegetables can use any veggie mix you like
- 1 box stuffing can use any flavor
- ½ cup water
Instructions
- Mix together the ranch, cream of chicken soup and water. Set aside.
- Place raw chicken in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Cover the chicken with the stuffing mix.
- Cover the stuffing mix with the frozen vegetables.
- Cover the vegetables with the soup/ranch mix.
- Put the lid on.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
Notes
How much chicken you use is up to you. You can also use any kind of vegetable, cream soup, and stuffing mix you like. This recipe is great because you can use what you have in your cupboard and freezer.
